Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have finally settled their legal battle over their shared Los Angeles house, three years after their high-profile split. The agreement, filed on January 13, requires both parties to complete specified terms within 30 days for the case to be dismissed.
If the terms aren’t met, the case will go to trial in February. Their breakup followed Sandoval’s affair with co-star Rachel Leviss. Madix, now dating Daniel Wai, has purchased her own home, while Sandoval plans to move in with his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson.
