Unsealed court documents released January 20 revealed a viral email Blake Lively apparently sent to Ben Affleck in May 2024. While his full name was redacted, references like a Dunkin’ commercial led fans to believe she meant her The Town costar.
In the email, Lively asked for “zero pressure” help amid her It Ends With Us drama with costar and director Justin Baldoni, calling the experience deeply upsetting.
She said she rewrote and restructured the “entire film,” called herself in a “bake off” over edits, and asked Affleck to watch the movie and share notes.
