Newly released private texts show Brandon Sklenar backing Blake Lively amid her dispute with 'It Ends With Us' director and costar Justin Baldoni. Messages from May and August 2024 reveal discussions about post-production, promotion and clashing edits before Sony Pictures ultimately chose a final version of the film. Lively joked she wasn’t selling the movie on Baldoni while Sklenar criticized the '1923' team for being “particularly s***ty” about time off.
After the film’s August 9, 2024 release, Lively allegedly called Baldoni “a monster,” and the pair discussed a behind-the-scenes featurette and sharing domestic violence resources. The texts also reference claims Lively later included in her lawsuit.
